1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online educational services ("Service") provided by jihobae.com ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

• "Single Course" means an individual course purchased with a one-time payment for permanent access.
• "Content" means all video lectures, document templates, practice files, and other materials provided through the Service.

3. Account Registration

1. To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

4. Services and Pricing

We offer the following products and services:

• Single Course — $19.99 per course (one-time payment): Permanent access to the selected course, practice templates, certificate of completion, and community forum access.
• Monthly Subscription — $14.99/month (auto-renewed monthly): Unlimited access to all courses, all practice templates, monthly new content, certificates of completion, and community forum access. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Premium Annual Subscription — $139.99/year (billed annually, equivalent to $11.67/month — 22% savings): All Monthly Plan benefits plus 1:1 email Q&A support (48-hour response time), premium-exclusive advanced courses, and offline download capability.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.

5. Payment Terms

1. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase or subscription activation.
2. Monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.
3. You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.
4. All charges are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

6. Subscription Cancellation

1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings page.
2. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all subscription content until the end of your current billing period.
3. No cancellation fees apply.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All Content provided through the Service, including but not limited to videos, text, images, templates, and software, is owned by the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Your purchase or subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal educational purposes only.
3. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from the Company.
4. Downloaded templates may be used for your personal or professional document creation but may not be redistributed or sold.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Share, transfer, or sell your account to any third party
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Content from the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The Service and Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
2. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
3. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using the Service.
4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Service Modifications

1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
2. We may update Content periodically and cannot guarantee that specific courses or materials will remain available indefinitely.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms

1. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
2. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
